As a third generation drummer, I have been in and around sound my whole life.

After touring with soul bands as a teen and then training as a Jazz drummer at Leeds College of Music, I found myself spending more time away from the drums, creating prerecorded and improvised sound in situations were movement was as important as the sound being produced.

The meeting of movement and sound continues to fascinates me almost twenty years on.
